My Own Little Corner of the Web
Welcome to foxxtrot.net. My own web presence for the advocation of things I believe in, sounding board for thoughts I’ve had, and the information I’ve chosen to make public online.
I graduated in May of 2006 from Montana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Since then, I spent time working as a web developer and systems administrator for Cuda Apparel, and now am a Web Developer for Washington State Universities Office of the Registrar.
In my free time, I am an advocate of Open Source Software, a member of the Something Awful Forums, and I still participate in roleplaying games to pass the time. I also fancy myself as a decent writer, and part-time philosopher. I’ve been focusing my writing lately on my blog.
My major interest in Computing today falls into Network Security and Digital Forensics. My hope is that someday I will work in or operate a team of Penetration Testers. In the meantime, I have engaged in personal research ranging from filesystem analysis to modern rootkit techniques.
